Gymnastics Plus Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gymnastics Plus platform, products, and services (the “Services”). Gymnastics Plus is owned and operated by The Underground Performance Institute LLC, 6705 Oak Grove Parkway, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445 (“Gymnastics Plus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Purpose of This Agreement

Welcome to Gymnastics Plus, a brand owned and operated by The Underground Performance Institute LLC, founded by Ryan Romano.
Our mission is to empower gymnasts, connect the community, and grow the sport through athlete development, media, and engagement.
This Agreement outlines your rights and obligations as a Gymnastics Plus user. By clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and that its Terms will bind you.

2. Website Use

The website www.GymnasticsPlus.org (the “Website”) and related subdomains, including GymnasticsPlus.app, are intended for individuals 18 years or older or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
By using the Website, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property & License Terms

All content on the Website—including logos, trademarks, videos, images, text, software, and course materials—is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
The Gymnastics Plus name, trademark, and logo are proprietary marks of The Underground Performance Institute LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Website without express written permission.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Gymnastics Plus grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Gymnastics Plus for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Prohibited behavior includes:
• Uploading or transmitting offensive, defamatory, or harassing content
• Attempting to hack, disable, or interfere with the platform
• Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access
• Using spam or unsolicited messages

6. Memberships, Subscriptions, and Payments

Gymnastics Plus offers paid memberships and subscriptions for access to premium content, courses, and features.
• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time by contacting support@gymnasticsplus.org or through your account dashboard.
• Refunds for digital memberships are generally not available, except where required by law.

7. Pricing and Modifications

Prices for products, services, or subscriptions are subject to change at any time. We will provide notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

8. Event and Streaming Services

Gymnastics Plus may offer live or recorded event streaming through Gymnastics Plus Watch. Access may require additional payment or membership.
We make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality streams but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to third-party platform dependencies.

9. Community Standards

Gymnastics Plus fosters a safe, positive environment for gymnasts, parents, and fans.
By using our community spaces, you agree to:
• Be respectful toward others
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, or bullying
• Not impersonate others or share false information
• Follow all safety and privacy guidelines
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates community standards.

10. Disclaimers

Gymnastics Plus is a resource and community platform. We do not guarantee specific athletic or recruiting outcomes.
All training, mindset, and recruiting content is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional guidance from qualified coaches, trainers, or advisors.
The Underground Performance Institute LLC and Ryan Romano make no warranties or guarantees regarding any user’s results, success, or earnings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gymnastics Plus and The Underground Performance Institute LLC are not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, income, or goodwill
• Injuries related to training, workouts, or participation in gymnastics activities
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services within the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gymnastics Plus, The Underground Performance Institute LLC, and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive or fraudulent activity. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hennepin County, Minnesota, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

15. Assignment

Gymnastics Plus may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement at any time. You may not assign your rights without prior written consent.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted to the Website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
