Brooklyn Berry

Brooklyn Berry Gymnastics Class of 2027

Hi! My name is Brooklyn Berry, and I am a level 10 gymnast from Springfield Illinois. I am homeschooled and going into my senior year of high school! I was born in South Dakota and moved to Minnesota where I lived for 10 years until I moved to Illinois 4 years ago. I have been doing gymnastics since I was 5 and I am going to be in my third year of level 10 this next season! I have two brothers (Carson and Calvin) and a sister (Izzy) as well as a dog (Finn) and two cats (Rocky and Dwight).

I love to hang out with friends, be outside, and play games! My favorite time of year is summer because I can go tubing, be on the lake, and work with my friends as a lifeguard… and there is no school!!! 🤭

A couple random facts about me are… I love to organize, I have always wanted to go skydiving, I LOVE Bubblr, I went to a Spanish immersion school in elementary school, and I want to be an orthopedic surgeon.

Rapid Fire Questions:

Nike or Lule? Lulu

Morning Workout or Evening Workout? morning workout

Beach or Lake? beach

Dip fries in a milkshake? definitely no

Most Embarrassing Moment?

At my first meet ever, as a level three, the judge rang the warning bell, and I didn’t know what it meant, so I jumped off the beam.

Finnley Millea

Finnley Millea Gymnastics Recruiting Class of 2027

Hi! I’m Finnley, I have been doing gymnastics for 13 years at G-Force Gymnastics Academy in Albuquerque, New Mexico. When I’m not in the gym you might find me swimming or reading by the pool or trying to do a DIY craft!

Here are some highlights from my past seasons as a level 10:

This year will be my third year as a level 10, and I’m so excited to go all out for it! My favorite event is bars. However after watching my floor routine, some may say I got that dog in me!🐶

Rapid Fire Questions:

– Nike or Lulu? Lulu

– Morning workout or evening workout? Morning Workout

– Beach or Lake? Beach

– Dip fries in a milkshake? Yes

– Most embarrassing moment? After completing my bar routine, instead of saluting to the judges I accidentally saluted my coaches who were on the opposite side of the bars.

Leah Gross

Hi! I am Leah Gross. I attend Marysville Early College STEM School and plan on pursuing a medical pathway! I really love watching surgeries and can’t wait to be in the operating room someday. I also enjoy art.

Currently, I am working on a Marvel themed mural for a friend’s dorm room. I have also been asked to illustrate a book on positive mindset for young athletes! I feel lucky to get to do something I love, about an important topic to me! Gymnastics has been a part of my life for a long time. It has definitely shaped who I am as an athlete but also, who I am outside of the gym.

Answers to these rapid fire questions:

– Nike or Lulu? Nike

– Morning workout or evening workout? Morning

– Beach or Lake? Lake

– Dip fries in a milkshake? Sure

– Most embarrassing moment? There are so many…but recently my dad asked me if I knew how to change a tire. I confidently said “Yes! First, you open your trunk and take out your Frank” First my dad’s jaw dropped and then he began laughing and explained that it is actually called a “jack”. The embarrassing part is that now he likes to tell the story everywhere we go!

Anna Schwartz

Anna Schwartz

Hello Coaches! My name is Anna Schwartz and I am in the class of 2027! I am excited as I prepare for my 5th year of level 10 and senior year!

I have a strong passion for learning, as a member of the Cambridge AICE Program, education is very important to me! I also love to travel and explore, so I am excited for a summer full of traveling!

I also love volunteering, especially at our local animal shelter, mentoring the younger gymnasts at my gym, and baking treats!!

I am lucky to have a supportive family and growing up as the sister of two older brothers taught me so much like how to argue like a lawyer, eat like a competition, and to never trust a silent house.

I have made it to senior year, which seems unreal and slightly suspicious, like I should still be hiding from an ambush. I’m excited but nervous for the lasts, firsts, and more freedom, but honestly, if I survived growing up with those two, I’m ready for anything senior year throws at me!

Here is a highlight reel of current skills and upgrades!

Rapid Fire Questions:

Nike or Lulu? Lulu!

Morning Workout or Evening Workout? Morning!

Beach or Lake? Beach!

Dip Fries in a Milkshake? Yes!

Most Embarrassing Moment? As a gymnast who prides myself in balance, my most embarrassing moment would be tripping up the stairs at school!

Natalia Nazzal

Natalia Nazzal Gymnastics Recruiting Class of 2027

My name is Natalia Nazzal, I am 17 years old and the class of 2027! I attend Libertyville Gymnastics Academy in Libertyville, IL.  But I’ve competed level 10 for 3 years and i’m working on competing my 4th year as a senior.

A couple things about me is that i’m originally from Florida but i’ve moved around a little due to my moms job. I was born in Florida, then we moved to Maryland and now we live in Illinois. I currently attend Stevenson High school (where Jalen Brunson went to high school 😱) as I hold a 3.79 GPA.

I live with my mom, dad and little brother Zayne who also does gymnastics. Me and my brother have an 8 year age gap, he is 9 turning 10 this year which is crazy how old he’s getting.

He’s currently a level 4 at my same gym, I love helping him and giving him corrections at practice and seeing all of his teammates faces that Zayne’s talking to one of the girls lol.

A fun fact about me is that every 7 years my birthday lands on Thanksgiving. The past 2 times my birthdays landed on Thanksgiving i’ve gotten a turkey shaped ice cream cake.

It’s not the best tasting but it’s a cute cake! Lastly, i’m a gymnastics coach at my gym where I coach level 3 and 4. I love getting to help the younger girls do what I feel in love with at their same age.

Rapid Fire Questions:

Nike or Lulu? Lulu

Morning Workout or Evening Workout? Morning

Beach or Lake? Beach

Dip Fries in a Milkshake? Yes

Most Embarrassing Moment? slipping off the beam on a full turn and ripping my leo in-front of a lot of people and on camera.

Brooklyn Niemerg

Brooklyn N

My name is Brooklyn Niemerg, and I’m a Level 10 gymnast at St. Louis Gym Centre. I’ve competed in gymnastics since age six across both USAG and AAU.

Highlights from my career include:

Level 7 State Champion

AAU National Champion and All-American

Level 9 and Level 10 Regionals Qualifier

Level 9 Westerns Alternate

Level 10 National Qualifier

At our 2026 end-of-season banquet, I was honored to be named Most Outstanding Gymnast of the Year—an award voted on by my teammates and coaches.

I live in Springfield, IL with my parents and four siblings; I’m the second oldest with two brothers and two sisters. We have two dogs, Gizmo and Milo, and ten chickens (and yes they do all have names 🙂

Outside the gym, I coach youth gymnastics at the local YMCA (both recreational classes and team). I also run a sourdough baking business from home—blueberry scones are my favorite to make—and I work with the youth ministry at my church. When I’m not training or working, I enjoy crafts, reading, and spending time with friends. Lately I’ve been reading Fredia McFadden, Sarah J. Maas, and Jennifer Lynn Barnes.

In college, I plan to study biology and chemistry with the goal of a career in forensics.

Rapid Fire Questions:

Nike or Lulu? Nike

Morning Workout or Evening Workout? Morning

Beach or Lake? Lake

Dip Fries in a Milkshake? Yes

Most Embarrassing Moment?

During a gymnastics award meet ceremony a few years ago, prior to starting awards the announcer warned all the gymnasts to not step on the ribbons on the floor as they were slippery and would cause us to fall, as they announced me as beam champion and I went up to receive my award, I tried to step over the ribbon but instead ended up slipping and falling in front of everyone.
